Prior to entering real estate, Demi spent seven years as Sales Manager at Air China's Vancouver office, where she played a key role in expanding the airline's presence in Western Canada. Through strategic B2B and B2C initiatives and strong partnerships with major travel agencies, she helped grow Southeast Asia route market share from under 10% to 28%.
Demi also contributed to the commercial launch of the Montreal–Beijing international route, supporting a rollout that achieved load factors of 95–98% within its first two weeks.
